At Urban Polish we are committed to making sure your details remain private. Any information that we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured and it is only used to identify your orders and personalise your shopping experience with us.
Your information is not passed on, sold or swapped in any way and never will be.
When you order from us, we may ask for the following information: your name, address and contact information such as phone number and email address.
We use Google Analytics to track and record information that your browser sends. This data may include the following: IP address, pages viewed, product viewed, referring sites, time spent on site, product purchase information and other statistics relating to browsing behaviours.
This information does not provide personal details relating to individual users, and is only used to analyse information in order to improve our product offering and user experience and to store what’s in your shopping cart.
SHIPPING
We use Australia Post's eParcel system to deliver items Australia-wide.
For Australian standard deliveries, the following shipping charges will apply:
- $10.00 flat rate up to 5 kg
- $17.00 flat rate over 5kg
Free shipping on orders over $100.
We do not currently ship to countries outside of Australia.
We offer pick up, by arrangement, in the Hawkesbury, Hills and Parramatta districts of NSW only. Pick up must be requested at the time of order.
RETURNS
If you should receive a damaged or faulty product please take photos of the product in its original packaging and make contact with us within 5 business days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the situation.
All refunds will be made within 5-7 business days by method of payment, excluding delivery costs.
If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 5 business days so we can dispatch your order immediately.
We cannot accept returns because you have changed your mind, or if you have opened/used the product.
Variations in colour, design and scent will occur in batch made products - please keep this in mind.
